The Trust Centre keeps phone, selfie and identity checks separate so each badge describes the evidence actually reviewed.

Steps

1. Open Verification in the member dashboard and review the status of each available check.
2. For phone verification, enter your current number, request a one-time code and enter it before the code expires.
3. For selfie review, note the displayed challenge phrase or number and upload a clear current selfie showing that challenge.
4. Upload an identity document only through the encrypted identity form when that check is required.
5. Return to the Trust Centre for Pending, Approved, Rejected or Expired status and complete reverification when requested.

Good to know

• One-time codes must not be shared with another member or support caller.
• Identity and selfie evidence is private review material and is not displayed on your public profile.
