Add profile, personal and family photos while deciding who may view each image.

Steps

1. Open My Account > Photos and upload a JPEG, PNG or WebP image.
2. Choose the album, caption, display order, crop focus, watermark and visibility for that photo.
3. Wait for the ministry team to approve the photo before it appears to other members.
4. Review private-photo requests in the same page and approve or decline each person separately.
5. Change or remove access at any time; approved access expires automatically after the site-defined period.

Good to know

• Private gallery images are delivered through an access-controlled endpoint rather than embedded as ordinary public media.
• Do not upload identity documents, contact details or photographs of people who have not consented.
• The Experience gallery supports up to 12 photos by default; administrators can change the limit. Profile, personal and family albums belong to this gallery.
• Wizard profile-photo drafts are a separate feature: up to 5 MB in private draft storage until final profile submission. Gallery moderation and private requests are managed here in Photos.
