Steps

1. Open Notifications from the member dashboard.
2. Enable or disable available categories such as interests, messages, matches, profile reminders and account notices.
3. Choose a frequency where the site offers immediate, daily or weekly delivery.
4. Save the changes and check your spam folder if expected email does not arrive.
