Check your current benefits, trial expiry and checkout terms before choosing a paid membership.

Steps

1. Open Membership or Pricing and compare the available plans. Free is the registration offer; Basic supplies baseline access and Premium supplies trial benefits.
2. When enabled, a new registration automatically receives one Premium trial, initially 14 days, without a card or recurring charge. Check Benefits for your actual access and expiry.
3. At trial expiry, access returns to Basic unless an eligible paid subscription controls the account. Buying a paid subscription takes precedence over trial access.
4. Choose a paid plan and gateway. Review the first payment, any referral discount or available credits, and the regular renewal amount before completing checkout.
5. Return to My Subscription and Benefits to confirm status and dates. Use support for payment discrepancies or an unfinished checkout.

Good to know

• The site can change trial duration or disable trial access. Changes to the duration do not extend an existing trial expiry date; re-enabling trials restores only unexpired trials.
• Family Helper accounts created through helper invitations do not receive trials. Premium access still respects verification, consent, privacy and safety restrictions.
