Your Profile
Use family-managed profile access
Last reviewed October 7, 2026
Share selected profile responsibilities with a parent, sibling or guardian while retaining ownership and revocation controls.
Steps
- The profile owner opens My Account > Family Access and enters the intended recipient email.
- Choose Parent, Sibling or Guardian for a non-candidate helper and grant only the required permissions. Candidate invitations retain candidate-account semantics.
- The recipient opens the invitation within seven days. An existing account signs in with the exact invited email and accepts or declines; a new helper can create a restricted Family Helper account from the invitation.
- Use the dedicated helper dashboard or Profiles Shared With You to open authorised editing and photo actions. See Use a Family Helper account for the invitation and sign-in steps.
- Revoke access immediately from Family Access if consent changes. Revoked profiles disappear from the helper dashboard and editing/photo access is denied.
Good to know
- Existing member accounts retain their roles, profiles and subscriptions after accepting an invitation.
- Shared editing preserves the original profile owner. Invitation, consent and revocation are recorded in the audit history.
