Your Profile
Save, submit and understand profile status
Last reviewed October 7, 2026
Private section drafts let you return to unfinished work; final submission controls the profile record and its publication status.
Steps
- In the Profile Wizard, use Save section to store only the active section, or Save & continue to save and advance. Incomplete draft entries are allowed.
- Wait for the save confirmation before leaving. Reopening the same form and profile restores saved values and your last saved navigation position.
- Use Review profile to check the whole form. Save Draft, when offered, is a form submission action separate from saving an individual wizard section.
- Submit when ready. Required fields, CAPTCHA when enabled, permissions and review/publication rules are checked at final submission.
- Check the dashboard for the resulting status and respond to any request for corrections. If submission fails, correct the displayed error and retry.
Good to know
- Section drafts do not create a public profile or change an existing published profile. Successful submission removes your corresponding section draft.
- Published and Verified are separate statuses. Skipping sections or reaching 100% wizard progress does not approve or verify a profile.
- If another tab has saved a newer revision, reload before continuing; an older tab cannot silently overwrite that saved draft.
