Country and State/Region are linked so you only browse states and cities within the selected country.

Steps

1. Open Create Profile or Edit Profile and find the Country field.
2. Choose your country first. The State/Region field is cleared and loads the administrative areas available for that country.
3. Open a state or region group and choose the city that best represents your location.
4. If you change Country, choose State/Region again before saving because a place cannot belong to two countries.
5. Save or submit the profile after checking both selections.

Good to know

• A previously saved city remains selected and is shown beneath its state or region automatically.
• If the State/Region list is empty or a place is missing, contact support so an administrator can update Locations.
