The Benefits screen shows the plan currently controlling your account and the usage remaining in each allowance period.

Steps

1. Open Benefits from the member dashboard to see your Basic, Plus, Premium or trial access.
2. Review interest requests for today and messages, contact unlocks and profile boosts for the current month.
3. Use a profile boost when available to temporarily improve your placement in eligible profile results.
4. Open Compare Membership Plans before upgrading or when a feature is locked.
5. Check the plan status after renewal, cancellation or a failed payment; a configured grace period may apply before access changes.

Good to know

• Opening contact details for the same profile again does not consume another unique contact unlock in the same allowance period.
• Administrators define limits and trial duration, so the Benefits screen is the current source for your account.
